Recall that the process of appealing the procurement procedures of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) is regulated by Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement". According to Part 4 of the article, the Antimonopoly Committee leaves the complaint without consideration in the event that:
- The subject of the appeal filed a complaint concerning the same violation, in the same procurement procedure and on the same grounds as was already the subject of consideration by the appeal body and regarding which decision was taken by the appeal body;
- The complaint does not meet the requirements of Article 1-2 of Article 18 of the law;
- The subject of the appeal is not the fee provided for in part one of Article 18;
- The Customer in accordance with this Law eliminates the violations mentioned in the complaint.
