From September 24 to 29, 2017, a unique training for procurers "Best European Purchasing Practices" took place.
The training was held in Krakow (Poland), Prague (Czech Republic), Vienna (Austria), Budapest (Hungary)
One of the main subjects that were considered during the study was the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU standards, in particular, the editorial wording of Article 17 of the Law on Procurement.
Also discussed were the prospects of changes to the legislation on the borrowing of EU norms, in particular, the introduction of new Procurement Procedures Law, such as Limited Procurement and negotiated procedure with prior publication; emergence of new concepts "abnormally low price" and non-price criterion "life cycle of goods"

In addition to training, participants had the opportunity to see the beauty and grandeur of the cities of Europe.
